Already in the design process, all processes for production and sustainable use and maintenance are optimized using CAD and discussed and analyzed with the production team.
The Manufacturing
Located in Warstein, central Germany, ACC serves as the hub for precision aviation replicas. Our fully integrated production halls house the entire manufacturing and assembly process, alongside modern office facilities and a dedicated customer handover area. At ACC, our manufacturing process is a harmonious interaction of cutting-edge machinery and skilled craftsmanship. Our manufacturing activities encompass CNC milling, turning, laser cutting, engraving, painting, soldering, plugging, and screwing, all orchestrated to deliver excellence in every detail.

The Assembly
Step into the heart of ACC's production with our versatile assembly lines tailored for precision aviation replicas.
With five dedicated lines catering to a range of products, including simulators, sidesticks, rudder pedals, and seats, we ensure efficient and specialized manufacturing. Additionally, our facility boasts five assembly and adjustment stations, focusing on electronics, plastic construction, painting, laser work, and internal machine repairs, further enhancing our commitment to excellence in every aspect of production.
Before the construction of a sidestick or any other component begins, all parts are measured and it is ensured that all tolerances in XYZ are correct.
It´s these types of meticulous assessments that ensure that every ACC product that is produced becomes a masterwork of precision.
